The more advanced solution would be that MSI Center won't even try to install features blindly without even checking the hardware first. MSI should at least give you a BIG WARNING SIGN on their webpage right next to MSI Center to not even try to use it on older Ryzen CPUs. You can also use the MSI Center uninstaller/cleanup tool which can be found in this forum. The others can try to get into Safe Mode, and from there uninstall MSI Center and Ryzen Master SDK. Whenever it tries to boot it will always try to use it again and again, and constantly running into more bluescreens. When you run MSI Center for the first time, you will get a bluescreen and a reboot, after that your system will be unuseable. The problem is that MSI Center tries to install and use Ryzen Master SDK. Even the newest version released today (2.) doesn't work. (funny thing: if you used Ryzen Master on Windows 10 and upgraded to Windows 11 it still works). The latest version of their software is only working with Windows 10. Long story short: AMD does not officially supports older Ryzen CPUs to be able to use Ryzen Master on Windows 11. I also installed the newest available drivers to all my devices before I even tried to install MSI Center. Recently I decided to do a clean install, because some new security features provided by Microsoft in Windows 11 22H2 requires a clean install to work (for example Smart App Control). At first I used it with Windows 10, but later upgraded to Windows 11. I used this system for a long time without any problems. 2x8GB Patriot Viper LED 3600 (running at 3200 MHz, Samsung B-die if you interested) MAG X570 Tomahawk WiFi (latest beta 7C84v1C1 BIOS)
